If you're a tournament angler, you've probably pulled a fish from deep water at some time in your career. Due to the different atmosperic pressure at the surface, it's air or swim bladder fills as it comes to the surface. When put in your livewell, it will "belly up." If they can't return to an upright position, they will die. The typical penalty in a bass tournament is one pound per dead fish.
By using the FLIP CLIP, you can substantially increase the fish's chance of survival. Simply clip it on the anal fin, just behind the vent, and the fish will flip to an upright position. The clip gently holds the weight in place and will not HARM the fish. Keep the aerators running and keep'em alive all day in the well.
Rust resistant nickel plated clips with stainless steel spring.
